Enhancing Six Sigma

The fundamental objectives of the Six Sigma methodology is process improvement and variation elimination. This is achieved with the DMAIC process (define, measure, analyze, improve, control) to identify, achieve and sustain incremental improvements. With Solarsoft MEI, manufacturers can enhance a measurement-based stratetegy to assess variability in setup times, and analyze TAKT time, to provide the critical insight needed for each step of the DMAIC process.
