The Program
As part of our on-going process to build the future success of
the organization and all its employees, we recruit recently
graduated individuals of exceptional talent into selected positions
across the organisation on a yearly basis.
Our graduate program is designed to offer fast-track career
development to individuals with an excellent academic record, the
determination to succeed and a real desire to work within the
commercial IT arena.
In addition to providing an opportunity to develop technical
skills, the program will help graduates develop their business and
commercial acumen.
What can new graduates expect from Solarsoft?
Graduates will be given the opportunity to work on 'live'
projects, enabling them to develop business, technical and
commercial experience.
Each graduate will be assigned a mentor for support and guidance
and a work buddy for day-to-day queries. Direct access to senior
managers of the organization will be arranged through quarterly
graduate lunches.
Where will new graduates be based?
UK graduates will be based within our offices in Basingstoke,
York and Manchester. The North American program is currently based
in Toronto. Other Solarsoft locations will join the program in the
future.
What does the program offer?
A challenging, personalized development plan that allows each
graduate to showcase their potential and pursue their interests.
Positions will generally be available in technical, consulting and
sales and marketing, suiting graduates in a range of studies.
Each graduate will be assigned a mentor for support and guidance
and will have the opportunity to move within the organization to
broaden their experience. Graduates will acquire the practical and
professional skills needed to meet a changing business environment,
realize their goals and professional aspirations.
