Working closely with clients, the implementation consultant will guide the implementation process and instruct the customer on the functionality and use of the iVP software. As a primary interface between the customer and Solarsoft, the implementation consultant will ensure satisfaction with all Solarsoft products and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of the iVP software application
at the customer site.
- Provide expertise and assistance during the
implementation process.
- Instruct and train clients in the functionality and use
of iVP software.
- Develop customer rapport.
- Ensure satisfaction with Solarsoft products and
services.
Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree and 2+ years of business experience,
preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Desire and aptitude to learn and teach technical
concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
together with a strong orientation towardscustomer
service
- Superior organization skills
- A solid understanding of manufacturing and accounting
principal would be considered a great asset
- This job requires extensive traveling throughout North
America
