ERP System Implementation Consultant, Chicago

Solarsoft, a developer of business software solutions for manufacturers and distributors worldwide, is currently searching for an Implementation Consultant for our enterprise resource planning system for process manufacturing, Tropos, to join the Chicago team to help continue our growth and success in North America.

Working out of our offices in Chicago, the implementation consultant will guide the implementation process and instruct on the functionality and use of our Tropos ERP software. As a primary interface between the customer and Solarsoft, the implementation consultant will ensure satisfaction with all Solarsoft products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation of the Tropos ERP software application at the customer site.
• Provide expertise and assistance during the implementation process.
• Instruct and train clients in the functionality and use of Tropos software.
• Develop customer rapport.
• Ensure satisfaction with Solarsoft products and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and 2+ years of business experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Project management experience
• Desire and aptitude to learn and teach technical concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills together with a strong orientation towards customer service.
• Superior organization skills.
• A solid understanding of manufacturing and accounting principal would be considered a great asset
• This job requires extensive traveling throughout North America
