Autotube Streamlines Business with Solarsoft

Automotive supplier evaluated offerings from QAD, Infor and Plex before selecting Solarsoft iVP.

"With our legacy system, support wasn't readily available. There was usually a delayed response from the vendor," explains Mike Evans, Controller at Autotube. "And when your customers include GM, Chrysler and Toyota, you can't afford to be waiting around."

In addition, the lack of integration between Autotube's legacy enterprise system and the labeling system required a lot of manual intervention. Autotube had reached a point where it could either continue spending money to upgrade the legacy system or invest in a new, modern system.

Before selecting Solarsoft, Autotube spent a year evaluating offerings, including those from QAD, Infor and Plex.
