Valley Container integrates Solarsoft business software with electronic document management

Valley Container does away with paper and saves: “Paperwork, and the endless copying and distribution of forms have historically been the most inefficient part of our business process. Valley Container, a full service corrugated sheet plant, needed to find a way to streamline their internal operations, reduce the amount of paper used daily in their business, and find an efficient way to handle their invoicing for the four different companies they run.

Valley was an existing user of Solarsoft's corrugated business software, and chose an electronic document management add-on solution from Solarsoft that would integrate with their current business system.

The integration of the document management add-on solution with the Solarsoft core business software system has resulted in a significant reduction in the usage of pre-printed forms within the organization. With Solarsoft, any customer-facing document within the business system can be printed, electronically stored and catalogued, e-mailed or faxed.
