Harco leverages Solarsoft’s ease-of-use to quickly deliver information to everyone. “Solarsoft has two interfaces: a greenscreen for those people who wanted to do something quick, fast and dirty; and the jGO interface, which allowed us to have ease of trainability for users who were not computer savvy,” Rick Garver, General Manager.
When Harco purchased a brake hose assembly operation in
2006, becoming an independently owned and operated supplier of
brake hose assemblies to General Motors and MOPAR (Chrysler), the
primary challenge facing its managers was to make the transition
seamless to customers by delivering that same exceptional level of
performance without interruption.
With Solarsoft the company was able to set up workflow and
track material flows from the fitting-making area to the brazer,
plater, and back to Harco.
Solarsoft provides Harco the ability to process all transactions
with customers and vendors electronically, via EDI, and to track
material flow through outside processors.
