Vancouver, November 29, 2007 – Solarsoft Business Systems, through CMS Acquisition Corporation, (collectively, “Solarsoft”) and VantagePoint Systems, Inc. TSX-V:VPG (“VantagePoint”) announced today that VantagePoint has entered into an agreement (the “Support Agreement”) with Solarsoft pursuant to which Solarsoft will offer (the “Offer”) to purchase all of the issued and outstanding common shares of VantagePoint at a price of $0.70 USD per share.
